In a Serviced Office, you pay one monthly fee and we take care of rent, rates, utilities, cleaning, security, reception, furniture, car parking, phone and shared broadband connectivity, health & safety matters, building and site maintenance, kitchens and communal rest areas.

Hot-desking
Working from home might suit your needs perfectly most of the time – but maybe occasionally you need additional facilities or that little bit of extra peace and quiet. Or perhaps you could do with some like-minded company.
Hot-desking is used to describe short term use of a desk that will also be used by a number of other people at different times.
It provides short term access (bookable on an hour by hour basis) to most of the benefits of a serviced office but only for the time it is required.
